Wisconsin’s two U-S senators are teaming up to urge people to stop trying to exploit the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy that left six dead. Republican Ron Johnson and Democrat Tammy Baldwin say law enforcement agencies should be allowed to do their job. In a bipartisan joint statement, the pair wrote investigators should be allowed to “undertake their responsibilities without outside interference.” They added that the job would be made more difficult in a politically-charged environment.
