Alex W. Johnson, 37, of Sparta, WI passed away unexpectedly at his home on October 14, 2025.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation in Sparta. Family is requesting everyone wear either Packers or Brewers attire, as Alex would want, being the big fan of sports that he was.
A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025, and from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
