Barbara Lynn Rice, age 65, of Winona, MN, and formerly of Tomah, WI, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 surrounded by her loving family in Winona.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Wilton. Father John Peter will officiate. Family and friends are invited for visitation on Thursday, January 25 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Additional visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The Torkelson Funeral Home of Tomah is assisting the family with arrangements.
