Courtney K Latronico, 37 years of age, from Beloit, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense, with one child in
the vehicle under the age of 16.
On Tuesday December 17th, 2024, Janesville Police Department and Rock County Sheriff
Department were attempting to locate a Red Chrysler Town and County after a call from a citizen
who observed a female driver showing signs of impairment and having odor of alcohol leaving a
store in the Janesville area.
A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The female driver
exhibited signs of impairment, and the Trooper completed an OWI investigation which included
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Courtney Latronico was arrested for 4th Offense OWI with a
minor child under the age of 16. The minor child was released to a responsible party.
