Clayton John Godby, 38 years of age, from Janesville WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
On Wednesday, July 9th at approximately 3:30 am the Wisconsin State Patrol received a phone call
about a 2-vehicle crash. Upon arrival the Wisconsin State Troopers made contact with the driver of
one of the vehicles involved in the crash and detected signs of impairment. During the investigation
of the crash the Trooper did standardized field sobriety tests on the driver who was subsequently
arrested for operating while intoxicated 4th offense.

presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
