(Tomah, WI) — The search for a missing Tomah woman has come to a sad end. The sheriff in Monroe County yesterday said the remains found last week in a rural part of the county are those of Felicia J. Wanna, also known as Felicia Helgeson. She’d been missing since December. No one is yet saying how she died, or when she died.
