Bonnie Lou Hodgdon passed away December 4, 2025 at San Jose, California. She was born
January 1, 1936 at Black River Falls to Arthur and Evelyn Bailey Peterson, their fifth child, who would have turned 90 on New Year’s Day.
Bonnie attended Papoose Creek Grade School and graduated from Black River Falls High School in 1953.
She worked at Northwest Airlines in St. Paul and married Ronald Hodgdon in 1955 at the Squaw Creek Lutheran Church. They later moved to San Jose, California where she worked at Apple Computer until she retired. She was a talented pianist, like her mother and could play many instruments by ear or note.
She is survived by her daughters, Cindra (Michael) Skotzko, Lisa Hodgdon, son, Scott (Elaine) Hodgdon and her sister, Sue (Dan) Eddy, as well as nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers; Everette, Lamoine (Pete), Kenneth (Bud), Terry and her sister, Arland (Petie) Amo .
A celebration of life will be held in San Jose at a later date.
