The Aging & Disability Resource Services of Jackson County is continuing its goal of connecting older adults through its quarterly Community & Cuisine: Dinner After Five series.

The fifth session will be held Thursday, February 19th at 5:00 p.m. at the Jackson County Department of Health and Human Services, 421 County Road R in Black River Falls.

The evening begins with a presentation focused on how to adjust recipes and ingredients to prepare a nutritious and delicious meal for one to two people. Dinner and social time will follow.

On the menu: lasagna, garlic breadsticks, Italian lettuce salad, and apple crisp.

The Senior Nutrition program is open to anyone age 60 or older, or those attending with a spouse who is 60 or older. A suggested contribution of $5.50 is appreciated.
