Catherine McQuality, 40 years of age, from Wheeler, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
On 1/22/25 at approximately 3:19pm, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on
Hwy 64 near 890th St. for a speed violation. Upon contact with the driver the Trooper detected
indicators of impairment. A subsequent investigation, including standard field sobriety tests, was
conducted. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an
intoxicant, 5th offense. The driver was transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary test of her
blood and then to the Dunn County jail. The driver was also charged with operating after
revocation, failure to install an ignition interlock device, possession of open intoxicants, and
possession of drug paraphernalia.
