The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced a temporary closure of the Eagle Spring Lake boat launch in the town of Eagle in Waukesha County.

The launch is closed now until approximately 4 p.m. on April 12, 2024 while necessary improvements are made to the concrete launch.

Anglers planning to fish from canoes, kayaks or rowboats can still access the lake during this time; however, there will be no trailer access. Motorized boat anglers that would need to utilize the ramp should plan to fish another location in the area. Find an alternative fishing location through the DNR’s interactive boat access map.
