The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested an Eau Claire man for his fourth allegedly operating-while-intoxicated offense. Sixty-year-old Jeffrey R. Andrews was taken into custody Friday evening on I-94 near mile marker 118 in Jackson County after troopers received reports of a vehicle driving erratically. Following a roadside investigation and a legal blood draw at a local hospital, Andrews was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
