Erratic Driving Leads to Arrest

Anthony L. Irby, 56 years of age, from Madison, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol
DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
A Trooper was traveling on I-39 N/B when he observed a vehicle erratically making lane changes.
The Trooper conducted a traffic stop. During the traffic stop signs of impairment were detected.
Standardized field sobriety tests were performed, and the driver was taken into custody for
Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated 4th Offense. The driver was taken for a legal blood
draw before being taken to the Rock County Jail.
