Tyler Neal, 30 years of age, from Greendale, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol
DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
A Trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol stopped a vehicle for failure to maintain lane. Upon
contact with the driver of the vehicle the Trooper observed signs of impairment. Standardized Field
Sobriety Tests were conducted, and the driver was subsequently arrested for OWI 4th Offense. The
driver was taken for a legal blood draw.
