Stewart Jackson, 67 years of age, from Fitchburg has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol
Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
A Wisconsin State Trooper responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-94 at mile post 269 in Jefferson
County. The Trooper detected an odor of intoxicants during contact with the driver. Standardized
Field Sobriety Tests were refused by the driver, and he was subsequently placed under arrest for
Operating While Intoxicated, 4th Offense. A legal blood draw was conducted at an area hospital and
the driver was booked into the Jefferson County Jail.
