The Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation and Polk County District Attorney Jeffrey Kemp have announced criminal charges against Kenneth GaleWyrick, a former Polk County doctor.
GaleWyrick was arrested Wednesday at his home in Polson, Montana, and is now facing three counts of child enticement stemming from alleged incidents that occurred between 1995 and 2003 in Polk County, Wisconsin.
According to the criminal complaint, GaleWyrick is accused of attempting to cause two children to expose a sex organ to him. As with any criminal case, the charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The investigation was led by Wisconsin DCI, with help from law enforcement agencies in Montana and Wisconsin, including the Montana Department of Justice, Lake County Sheriff’s Office, and Marathon County officials.
Anyone with information is urged to contact DCI at 715-830-7787. Voicemails will be checked regularly.
