The crash involved 1 fatality.

The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on US Highway 8 at Pinewood Road.
First responders from multiple agencies worked to extricate the trapped driver of one of the vehicles
utilizing the Jaws of Life. Despite their efforts, Kenneth Golden an 83 Year Old Man From Amery passed away at the Hospital.
Both east and west bound lanes were shut down and the driver was
airlifted to a local hospital with life threating injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the
Wisconsin State Patrol.
