A Sterling, Illinois man is facing his fourth drunk driving charge after a traffic stop in Monroe County Friday night. The Wisconsin State Patrol says troopers pulled over 56-year-old James W. Wagner around 7:30 the I-94 westbound off-ramp near Warrens. Authorities say they received reports of a vehicle unable to stay in its lane before stopping Wagner and determining he was impaired. He was arrested for operating while intoxicated, fourth offense.
