The Jackson County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 24 at 9 a.m. in the County Board Room at the Jackson County Courthouse in Black River Falls.

The hearing will consider a variance request from Vaarendahl Dairy LLC involving property in the Town of Albion. The request seeks approval to construct a free-stall barn with a milking parlor within the Class C Highway setback, which is not permitted under current county zoning regulations.

The public hearing allows interested parties to provide input before the Board makes a final decision. The petitioner or their representative is required to attend.

Additional information is available through the Jackson County Zoning Department.
