A 49-year-old Madison man has been arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 10th offense.
Wisconsin State Patrol says Eugene O. Trimble was taken into custody Wednesday, January 28th, after troopers responded to a report of a vehicle in the median on Interstate 94 near Cottage Grove.
Troopers located the vehicle and found the driver walking nearby. Following an investigation at the scene, Trimble was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated.
Authorities remind the public that a charge is only an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
