(Madison, WI) — Madison police say a man who was killed when he was hit by a semi-truck on Interstate 39-90 Sunday is suspected of killing his wife. The case is being treated as a murder-suicide. W-M-T-V reports officers were called to a home at about 3:20 p-m and when they arrived they found a dead woman who had been violently attacked. The husband had left the scene in a vehicle. He got out of the vehicle on the Beltline and was hit, but wasn’t seriously injured. He then drove to the interstate and ran into traffic where he was killed.
