Sandra Kay Sommerfeldt, age 82, of West Salem, died on Monday, November 3,
2025 in the Lakeview Health Center in West Salem.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the
Grace Bible Church (First Baptist Church) in Whitehall. Burial will be in the Rest
Haven Cemetery in Blair.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
The Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall is assisting the family with arrangements.
