Thomas A. “Tom” Buisman, 65, of West Salem, passed away November 20, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. A celebration of life will be held December 2, 2023, from 2:00 p.m.until 5:00 p.m., at the West Salem American Legion Post 51.
