Black River Falls’ Hannah Tubbs is a State Champion. The senior swimmer won back-to-back state titles, Friday, in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 52.76 at the WIAA Swimming & Diving State Championships in Waukesha. She finished second in the 50-yard freestyle event with a time of 24.14. Friday’s state meet caps off a swimming career in which Tubbs make it to state all four years of high school.
