One person is injured following a school bus accident in Worden at Fernwall Avenue and Cloverdale Road on Monday, February 10th. The crash occurred around 4:09 PM when the bus, traveling west on Cloverdale, collided with a Jeep heading south on Fernwall. The Jeep’s driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire. No one on the bus was injured, and the eight students were safely taken home by another bus. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation, and the bus driver is reported to have failed to yield at the intersection.
