Virgil L. Kobernick, 82, of La Crosse and formerly of Cataract, died Friday, January 9, 2026 at Hearten House II, La Crosse.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, Sparta. Private burial will be at a later time in Mt Vernon Cemetery, Tomah. Online condolences may be offered at http://www.schanhoferfh.com.
