Notice is hereby given to the qualified electors of the School District of Black River Falls,
pursuant to Wis. Stat. §120.08, that the Annual Meeting of said district for the transaction of
business will be held in the Lunda Theater at Black River Falls Middle School, 1202 Pierce,
Black River Falls, WI 54615 on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 6:00 pm

1. Call the meeting to order – Board President
2. Reading of the notice of the annual school meeting and budget hearing
3. Election of a Chairperson
4. Reading of the minutes of the last annual meeting
5. Treasurer’s report and audit summary
6. Presentation of budget – Jill Collins
7. Budget hearing – Chairperson
8. Comments on the annual report to the electors – Dr. Shelly Severson
9. Resolution A – Adoption of tax levy
10. Resolution B – Transportation
11. Resolution C – Salaries of Board Members
12. Resolution D – Reimbursement of Board Members’ expenses
13. Resolution E – Scheduling of annual meeting for next year
    14.Consider other new business within the power and authority of the annual meeting
