Alma Center, Williams Bay Firefighter Remembered

Flags across Jackson and Walworth Counties will fly at half-staff today in honor of T. Paul Nicholson, Sr. Nicholson served 45 years as a firefighter, mostly with the Williams Bay Fire Department – serving time as Chief and Assistant Chief. Following retirement as a boat mechanic, Nicholson moved closer to family in Alma Center and joined the fire department there. His obituary notes he was an accomplished handyman and found great joy in helping others. A Memorial Visitation, along with Fire Department honors, for Chief Nicholson are scheduled for today in Walworth.
