Notice is hereby given to the qualified electors of the School District of Black River Falls,
pursuant to Wis. Stat. §120.08, that the Annual Meeting of said district for the transaction of
business will be held in the Lunda Theater at Black River Falls Middle School on Monday,
October 27, 2025 at 6:00 pm

1. Call the meeting to order – Board President
2. Reading of the notice of the annual school meeting and budget hearing
3. Election of a Chairperson
4. Reading of the minutes of the last annual meeting
5. Treasurer’s report and audit summary
6. Presentation of budget – Brandon Jahr
7. Budget hearing – Chairperson
8. Comments on the annual report to the electors – Dr. Shelly Severson
9. Resolution A – Adoption of tax levy
10. Resolution B – Transportation
11. Resolution C – Salaries of Board Members
12. Resolution D – Reimbursement of Board Members’ expenses
13. Resolution E – Scheduling of annual meeting for next year
14. Consider other new business within the power and authority of the annual
    meeting
15. Adjournment

The Board of Education of the School District of Black River Falls will hold a special meeting at
the Lunda Theater in the Black River Falls Middle School on Monday, October 27, 2025. This
meeting will take place immediately after the annual meeting which will start at 6:00 p.m.
