A new Superintendent has been named for the School District of Arcadia. Lori Frerk, who has served as Principal of Green Bay East High School for the past ten years, will begin her new duties July 1st. Arcadia School Board President, Paul Servias, said that while at Green Bay East Frerk provided leadership which improved that high school’s DPI State Report Card rating from failing to meet expectations to exceeding expectations; for a staff of 140 professionals and nearly 12-hundred student of which 48% are Latino, 25% White. Frerk is a former math teacher and was named the 1999-2000 Outstanding Educator of the Year in Green Bay. Lori Frerk takes over for Lance Bagstad who announced his retirement last year.
