Additional arrests have been made in the Anthony Sylvester case. During the investigation, it was learned that individuals were harboring, aiding or intentionally interfering with locating and apprehending Sylvester. On November 7, 2023, James Syverson was arrested for Conspiracy to Harboring or Aiding a Felon. Also on the 7th, Pamela Lien was arrested for Conspiracy to Harboring or Aiding a Felon, Syverson and Lien were booked and held in jail pending felony charges.
This case remains under investigation, and additional law enforcement action may be taken against those
individuals who assisted Sylvester in escaping and evading apprehension or intentionally interfered with
this investigation.
