Josh Kaul and other state attorneys general have reached a $100 million settlement with Walmart over allegations the company misled drivers and customers in its Spark delivery program.
The case, filed with the Federal Trade Commission, claims drivers were shown higher estimated pay and tips than they actually received.
Wisconsin drivers are expected to receive more than $600,000 from the settlement. Walmart will also implement new payment verification measures and oversight for the next 10 years.
