Barbara Jean Hodge, 82, of Alma Center, Wisconsin, passed away on February 6th, 2024 at the
Lakeview Health Center of West Salem, Wisconsin.
She was born on November 17th, 1941, in Friendship, Wisconsin, to Charles and Dorothy Pavlicek.
Barbara attended Adams-Friendship High School and shortly after graduation, relocated to several
places, before residing in Alma Center, Wisconsin, where she lived for many years.
Barbara married Donald Hodge and had four children, and later divorced.
Barbara had a deep love for animals, particularly birds, dogs, and cats.
Barbara was a loving mother and is survived by her four children, Helen (Scott) Peterson,
Margaret Schmid, Forest (Kathy Thomas) Hodge, and Steven (Lynn) Hodge.
She also leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Pavlicek, and her infant granddaughter Kaila Hodge.
A graveside service was held at 1:00 pm. on Saturday, February 10th, 2024, at the
Sechlerville Cemetery in Hixton, Wisconsin, officiated by Reverend Terry Marg.
