The City of Black River Falls announces that City Hall will be temporarily closed on Thursday,
June 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. During this time, City Hall and Police
Department offices will be unavailable to the public. The building will reopen at 1:00 p.m., and
normal business operations will resume.
The Black River Falls Public Library will also be temporarily closed on Thursday, June 11,
2026 from 9:45am to 12:15pm.
Both closures are necessary to allow Black River Falls Municipal Utilities ample time to safely
connect the Library’s new solar panel array to the grid.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan their visits accordingly.
City Hall, Police Department, and Library staff appreciate the public’s patience and
understanding during this brief closure.
