The Black River Falls Common Council held a special session at City Hall on June 26 at 6:00 p.m., with Mayor Jay Eddy presiding. Council members Ammann, Peloquin, Dougherty, Gearing-Lancaster, and Wussow were present in person, while Alderpersons M. Rave, E. Rave, and Busse joined remotely via Zoom.
The council entered a closed session shortly after convening to discuss potential bidding on items listed on the Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction site. This session was held under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for competitive reasons.
At 6:34 p.m., the council reconvened in open session, where they voted to authorize the City Administrator to place bids on two auction lots: Lot-45107 in Auction #25-1010 and Lot-90696 in Auction #25-1009.
The meeting adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
