The Black River Falls Utility Commission will meet Monday, June 29, at 3:30 p.m. in the Utilities Conference Room at 349 South McKinley Street.
Commissioners are scheduled to approve minutes from the May 18 meeting and consider approval of vouchers totaling $972,519.74.
The agenda also includes presentation of the 2025 audit by Baker Tilly and a review of May arrearages.
In water utility business, commissioners will discuss a water system study proposal from SEH and receive an update on the 2026 Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Water System Sanitary Survey.
The wastewater treatment plant report includes consideration of Compliance Maintenance Resolution 2026-2.
Electric utility updates will cover maintenance projects and hydro production totals for 2025 and year-to-date 2026.
The manager’s report includes monthly electric bill comparisons and discussion of a proposed extension to the WPPI long-term power supply contract.
The next Utility Commission meeting is scheduled for July 27 at 3:30 p.m.
