The incident happened around 12:40 a.m. Saturday, August 29th, on U.S. Highway 12 near River Road in Black River Falls.
State Patrol says 47-year-old Cecelia P. Bede of Black River Falls was driving the stolen vehicle and showed signs of impairment when contacted by a trooper.
Bede was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fifth offense. A warrant was obtained for an evidentiary blood test, and she was taken to a local hospital for the blood draw before being transported to the Jackson County Jail.
