(Waukesha, WI) — Darrell Brooks Jr. will spend the rest of his life in prison. A jury yesterday convicted him of the attack at Waukesha’s Christmas Parade last November. The jury found him guilty on all 76 counts, including six counts of first degree homicide. It took the jury about two-and-a-half hours yesterday to reach their verdict. Brooks is due back in court next week to begin the sentencing phase of the trial. He is guaranteed a life sentence.
