(Oshkosh, WI) — There’s an investigation in Oshkosh into how a cat and her six kittens were found frozen to death earlier this week. The Oshkosh Area Humane Society says it looks like someone left the cats in carriers outside of the backdoor of the clinic next door to the Humane Society’s headquarters. The Humane Society’s Jessica Miller says people should never just leave animals outside without telling anyone, particularly when it gets cold enough to freeze. Authorities say they are looking into the case.
