Central WI Forage Council (CWFC) and UW-Extension Clark County will provide an educational
seminar at Loyal City Hall April 18, 2023. The educational program will begin with registration at
10:00 and speakers beginning at 10:30.
The theme this years is “Cow Chow” selecting forages for livestock feed.
Tyler Bushman and Todd Lunde for NK seeds will be discussing: selecting corn hybrids for corn
silage. Every farm is different, and they discuss selecting corn hybrids for different purposes.
Matt Lippert will then discuss feeding different types of corn hybrids from research at UW-
Madison and other mid-western universities.
A free will lunch will be provided shortly after noon and then the afternoon session will be Matt
Lippert discussing his trips to South America and Australia.
The education seminar is open to public and you do not have to be a CWFC member.
Please call the UW-Extension office in Clark County at 715-743-5122 to register, as we will
need a count for lunch.
