Charles Randall Kinser Jr., age 67, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2021 at the Dove Care facility in Osseo. Prior to Charles passing peacefully, he suffered a stroke around 10 years ago that was detrimental to his health, but he is now at peace.
Funeral Services for Charles will be Tuesday July 6, 2021 at 2:30 PM at the Jensen-Modjeski Funeral Home in Hixton, WI. Pastor Dan Thelen will officiate. Friends may call on the family during a visitation at the funeral home from 1:00- 2:30 PM.
