A Chetek woman has been arrested for her fifth OWI offense. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post, 36-year-old Jellisa Ann Reynolds was stopped on March 27 at 11:39 a.m. on US 53 for an equipment violation. Following an investigation, Reynolds was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. She also faces charges for operating while revoked (third offense), possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reynolds was taken to a local hospital for a blood draw before being booked into the Barron County Jail.
