Tomah Health is offering two free educational classes for expecting and new parents next month. A childbirth education class is scheduled for July 18th from 9:00 until noon and will cover labor, birth, relaxation techniques, and pre-birth planning, along with a tour of the Women’s Health Department. A breastfeeding class for new moms is set for July 29th from 5:30 to 7:00 and will focus on feeding techniques, latching, pumping, and the partner’s role. Registration is required by contacting Tomah Health online. Class sizes are limited.
