The Black River Falls Common Council will meet Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 101 S. Second Street. Citizens may also join virtually via Zoom.
The agenda includes approving minutes from two April 15 meetings, committee reports from the Airport and Utility Commissions, and action on two key ordinances:
Ordinance 893: Adoption of the city’s 2025–2045 Comprehensive Plan.
Ordinance 894: Rezoning of Parcel 206-1257.0000 from single-family (R-1) to duplex residential zoning.
Also up for action is a temporary construction permit for Brockway’s sewer improvement project and mayoral appointments to the Business Improvement District Board and Historic Preservation Commission.
The next Committee of the Whole meeting is set for May 21.
