On February 10th, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, along with several assisting agencies, executed a search warrant in the Township of Mentor near Humbird. The warrant stemmed from an ongoing drug investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office and the West Central Drug Task Force, a multi-jurisdictional group focused on investigating drug activity.
Authorities identified Roy A. Pyka as a suspected distributor of methamphetamine and other scheduled narcotics. As a result of the search warrant, Pyka and three additional individuals were taken into custody on various charges based on their involvement.
Potential charges include manufacturing and delivery of methamphetamine and other narcotics, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and THC, possession of methamphetamine and cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, felony bail jumping, receiving stolen property valued at more than $10,000, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During the search, law enforcement seized methamphetamine, cocaine, THC, numerous items of drug paraphernalia, and a stolen vehicle. Several individuals at the property also had outstanding felony warrants.
The case has been referred to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office for formal charges. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
