David George Breheim, 82, passed away April 24, 2025.
George was born March 8, 1943, to Wilbert and Hazel (Dunn) Breheim. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force in May of 1961. After fulfilling his commitment in May 1965, he was honorably discharged and began a long career at Nelson Muffler in Black River Falls. Known to most of his friends as “Beagle,” he enjoyed fishing, hunting and a variety of sports that he participated in during his life. He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers games and going to the casino. He enjoyed a good laugh and being with family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Kelly; four grandchildren, Chad Zimbauer, McKayla Zimbauer, MacKenna Zimbauer and Isabella Huber; two brothers, Ernie (Lucy) of Indianapolis, IN, and Deric (Cheryl) of Hixton; and a sister, Vernetta (Sam) O’Brien of Merrillan; sisters-in-law, Vonnie, Rose and Rita; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Richard, Bradley, Wilbert and Dane; his sisters, Coral, Cheryl Morgan, Cathe Myers and Carol Theiler; and brothers- in-law Roland Morgan and Ray Theiler.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 10th , at the Curtis Cemetery in Alma Center, WI, at 10:00 a.m.
