David “Woody” Meyer, 73, became our heavenly angel on Thursday, November 13, 2025, after a short stay at Emplify by Gundersen in La Crosse with his wife, Luane, and children, Jarod and Jennifer, by his side.
A time of visitation will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm with a prayer service at 5:30 pm. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 22, 2025, with an additional visitation at 10:00 am until the time of service. Visitations and memorial service will take place at Black River Falls High School – Sam Young Gym, 1200 Pierce Street, Black River Falls. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Woody’s memory. Family and friends are encouraged to wear Badger, Brewers, Packers, or BRF Tiger apparel.
