Donald A. Lewis, age 75, of Pleasantville, died on Sunday, June 21, 2026 in the
Pigeon Falls Health Care Center in Pigeon Falls.
Graveside services with military honors will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at
1:00 p.m. in the North Beaver Creek Faith Lutheran Cemetery in rural Ettrick.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 4-7 p.m. in the Jack Funeral
Home in Whitehall.
The Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall is assisting the family with arrangements.
