Douglas Waite, 84, of Holmen, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family.

Doug was born in Sparta, Wisconsin, to Arthur Waite and Isabelle (Thurston) Waite.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army for three years.  Doug worked at The Trane Company, for 34 years mainly in supervision.

Doug married the love of his life, Linda L. (McConnell) Waite. Together, they shared 63 years of marriage, building a life centered on family, love, and unwavering partnership.

Doug is survived by his devoted wife, Linda; his children: Teresa (Tim) Pfaff of Mindoro, Scott (Sarah) Waite of La Crosse, and Todd (Pamela) Waite Melrose; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Waite of Sparta, and his loved fur baby Gracie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Isabelle (Thurston)Waite, a Son Troy Waite and a brother Dwaine Waite.

He loved to hunt, fish and do woodworking.

A private service will be held May 9th.
