The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) has expanded its Unemployment Insurance (UI) statistics dashboard to include interactive displays of UI claims by industry, organized by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). This updated dashboard allows users to filter data by county and provides insights into statewide UI claims, benefit payments, adjudication issues, and more.

Launched in May 2022 and enhanced in April 2024, the dashboard refreshes every Thursday, ensuring access to timely data. DWD Secretary Amy Pechacek emphasized the importance of this resource for understanding workforce trends in Wisconsin.

New features include details on top industries for initial and weekly claims, historical data, and county-specific claims summaries. This expansion is funded by a federal Equity Grant from the U.S. Department of Labor. For more information, visit the Claims Filed section of the UI Statistics Dashboard.
