EAU CLAIRE, WI (August 28, 2023): After 20 years in the promotions industry, business owner Lisa Gill is planning for her retirement and has put her Eau Claire shows up for sale. The Wisconsin Sport Show, a western Wisconsin staple event since 2010 and the Eau Claire Wedding Fairs, since 2004, are looking for new owners.
“My husband and I relocated to Louisville, KY five years ago and we are getting older and the travel isn’t so much fun anymore, I think it’s time to find a new home for my shows” said Lisa Gill, events owner.
The shows are for sale together, or separately, along with all of the show equipment and outstanding contracts.
“It’s my goal to find a new owner(s) and to be able to work with them hand-in-hand for at least a year to ensure a smooth transition,” Gill said. The Eau Claire wedding fairs attract hundreds of wedding couples each year and the Wisconsin Sport Show had over 10,000 guests in 2023.“
These are incredibly successful and popular events,” said Lisa Gill “and I want to ensure they continue to grow and provide enjoyment for Chippewa Valley residents for years to come.”
The next event is the Eau Claire Wedding Fair, coming up on Sunday, October 1st at the Lismore Hotel downtown Eau Claire.
